This feature allows students to reject one or two of the five lunch meal components, however they are REQUIRED to take A FRUIT OR VEGETABLE.as one of the components.  They may reject one of the four breakfast components.

Three Breakfast Meal Components Include:
1 Grain (2)
2 Juice/Fruit/Vegetable-Require for a complete meal

The menu is subject to change due to holidays, early dismissal and special events.
 
For the lunch meal unit price:
1 Entree

The student must take at least three items for the lunch and breakfast meal unit price. If they choose less than three items they are charged at the a-la-carte price. They will also be charged a-la-carte prices if they choose extras of any one item. Vegetable and/or Fruit are required for a complete meal.
 
Payment:
 
Pre-payments may be placed in the cafeteria drop box each morning - Elementary before classes and Middle/High School before11 AM. Payment received after 11 AM will be posted the following day. Students' name and I.D. number must be on the checks, or envelope if cash to insure that proper credit is given. We accept checks only for the amount of meal or total amount of prepayment. Make checks payable to Navarro Food Service.
 
You can also make online deposits by going to the LUNCH MONEY NOW link. You will need your child student id number. Please call your child's campus to obtain the number.
 
Any check returned due to insufficient funds shall result in a $25 charge.

Free and Reduced Meal Applications are now available on our the website at www.nisd.us.  Parents are encourage to complete the confidential online application to apply for free or reduced meals for the 2016-2017 school year.
